Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service provides an event calendar and tools to view event details and register for events. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes or interruptions when reasonably practicable.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and be able to legally able to agree to these Terms to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly at white.tiger.shibari.dojo@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Event listings and registration

Event organizers are responsible for the event information they submit, including descriptions, schedules, locations, availability, and any fees or requirements. Event information may change, and we do not guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, or up to date. Check with the relevant organizer if you need to confirm event details.

Registering through the Service does not guarantee admission unless the organizer confirms your registration. An event may have limited capacity, eligibility requirements, a waitlist, or other conditions set by its organizer. The organizer may cancel or change an event or refuse or cancel a registration as permitted by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights;
• submit information that is false, misleading, or unauthorized;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, its systems, or other users' access;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or abusive or unlawful content; or
• scrape, copy, or reuse Service content except as permitted by law or with permission.

5. User content

You are responsible for content and information you submit to the Service, including event listings and profile information. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

You retain any rights you have in your content. You grant us permission to host, store, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service and its event-related features.

6. Privacy

7. Third-party services and links

The Service may contain links to or rely on third-party websites or services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

The main third-party service provider is Google with OAuth authentication. We do not store any of your passwords.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its software, branding, and materials are owned by White Tiger Shibari Dojo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms allow you to use the Service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership or grant other rights unless we state so in writing.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, your use creates a risk or liability, or we are required to do so by law. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

You can close your account any time on your Profile page, effectively deleting all personal information we store about you.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that event listings or third-party services will always be accurate or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, White Tiger Shibari Dojo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
